Short version: we collect what we need to send you a parcel and answer your emails. We do not sell your data, we never have, and we are not planning to. The long version follows.
What we collect
- You give us: name, shipping and billing address, email, and anything you write to us.
- Payment: handled by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits — never your full card number.
- Automatically: device type, browser, approximate location from your IP, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site.
Why we collect it
- To process and ship your order, and to handle returns.
- To answer your messages.
- To prevent fraud and secure the site.
- To understand which pages work and which do not.
- To send marketing emails — only if you asked for them, and with an unsubscribe link in every one.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make the order happen, and only with what they need:
- Shopify, which hosts this store.
- Our payment provider, to take payment.
- Our fulfillment and carrier partners, to pack and deliver your parcel.
- Analytics providers, in aggregated form.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies that tell us how the site is used. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner or your browser settings; the store will still work.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the CCPA/CPRA in California and equivalent laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other states — you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- have it corrected;
- have it deleted;
- opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither);
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these.
To exercise any of them, email nestcomodapro@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first — that check protects you, not us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for two years.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Where your data is processed
Our service providers operate in the United States and the European Union, and our team works from Morocco. By using the site you understand your information may be processed in those locations under appropriate safeguards.
Children
This store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. Material changes are announced on the site.
