These terms govern your use of nestcomoda.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to them. We have tried to write them in plain English; if anything is unclear, ask us before you buy.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. We currently sell and ship to the United States only.

2. Products, prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, discontinue a product, or limit quantities at any time. Product photographs are illustrative; colour reproduction varies between screens.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the error. We will tell you before doing so.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we ship it, not when you receive an automated confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where fraud is suspected, where an address cannot be verified, or where stock has run out — and we refund you in full when we do.

4. Payment

Payment is taken through our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not see or store your full card details. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

5. Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy and our refund policy form part of these terms. Together they set out delivery times, the 30-day return window for unopened items, the 12-month diffuser warranty, and how damaged or incorrect items are replaced.

6. Safe use — please read this one

Our oils are home fragrance products for use in a compatible diffuser. They are:

• not for ingestion, and not for application to skin;
• to be kept out of reach of children and animals;
• to be used in a ventilated room, not continuously in a sealed space;
• flammable in concentrate — keep away from open flame and heat.

Some fragrance and essential oil compounds — citrus and conifer notes in particular — are not suitable around cats, birds and small pets. If you have animals in the home, check with your vet before running any diffuser regularly. If you are pregnant, nursing, asthmatic, or sensitive to fragrance, check with a doctor first.

7. Not a health product

Nothing on this site is a medical claim. Our products do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and no statement here has been evaluated by the FDA. Where we describe how a scent feels, that is a description of an experience, not a therapeutic claim.

8. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm it reflects your honest experience and that you own what you are submitting. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our site and marketing channels, with attribution to your display name. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or not a genuine account of using the product. We do not pay for reviews, we do not filter out negative ones, and we do not edit the substance of what you wrote.

9. Our content

The Nestcomoda name, our collection names and numbering, our texts, photographs and page designs belong to us. You may share them; you may not resell them, or use them to market a competing product.

10. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach, overload or scrape the site, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. If we disagree

Write to us first: nestcomodapro@gmail.com. Almost everything is solved in one email. If it is not, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of any mandatory protection under the consumer law of your home state.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
